Bio: Not optional. You must tell us at least a bit about yourself. Please, try and be unique. There are enough stories of dead parents. Orphans and the like.-

Jutsu:
(Keep it to your level plus the limits for the amount of jutsu are placed in the the character ranks and also on this template. Forbidden and Secret jutsu will be either taught to you by a clan head, your sensei, or the kage of your village.)

Jounin = 22 ~ E, D, C, B, and A rank jutsu.
S-Rank ninja = 30 ~ E, D, C, B, A, and S-rank jutsu.
Anbu black ops members = 34 ~ E, D, C, B, A, and S-rank jutsu.
Clan Leader= 40 ~ E, D, C, B, A, and S-rank jutsu.
Kage/Sannin = Limitless ~ E, D, C, B, A, and S-rank jutsu.
