Bio: Shikinatsu was born into a normal family on the south side of town. On the weekdays he would help his mother with the household chores (Dishwashing, laundry and whatnot.) and help his father with his lumbar business. On the weekends Shikinatsu would go to the near by lake with his father on their boat and fish. It was during these fishing trips that Shikinatsu’s father taught him important life lessons by using fish as a metaphor. Shikinatsu’s simple life continued until he was 12, when his father enrolled him into the ninja academy. “For your own good,” he told his son. Shikinatsu did well enough to pass, until he found some scrolls in the bottom of his fathers house and learned some Ninjutsu that his father kept from him. One day, while he was studying, Shikinatsu’s father caught him and helped him study. Afterwards he passed the exams and began his life as a genin.

Description: utilizes water to create a whip. The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip the crap out of little kids

Discription: utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab likes a normal blade.

Name of Jutsu: Narakumi no Jutsu

Description: Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The ninja will use the serpent hand seal to cause a circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast the world will appear normal to the target until they see the illusion.

Requirements:
Description: Ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan. Its original purpose was as a skill to help delay any pursuers. After forming the needed hand seals, the clan member is able to manipulate their shadow along any surface. By using other nearby shadows they can further extend the reach of their shadow; however they are limited to the surface area of the original cast shadow. Once the clan members shadow reaches the target shadow, it will attach itself. While attached the target will be frozen, only able to replicate in mirror form the actions of the clan member. If the clan member is low on chakra, the Kage Mane will falter and the shadow will return to its normal form.

Description: Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Description: Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed hand seals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Character Appearance: think of the stereotypicical ninja in your head. Shikinatsu is the exact opposite. The nerd of ninjas, Shikinatsu’s face is scrawny, with black hair kept short and untidy. His pupils are slightly larger behind his vaguely oversized glasses from so much reading in the dark. He is small as well, being only 4 feet in height

General character Strengths: Well Read, know much about almost anything that you can think of

General Character Weaknesses: Not very athletic, can barely do anything physical
