Rules and code of conduct Empty Rules and code of conduct

1.) Try to keep the foul language down.
Some of the members will be young, and/or will not like it.

2.) Do not harass Any members of this forum, for any reason at all.
This will be dealt with harshly.

3.) Do Not God-Mode OR auto hit someone when Role-Playing.
Keep in mind this forum was made to Role-Play on. So I would like to ask that you please do not God-Mod or declare hits. If an opponent has ignored an attack from you, however, it WILL count as a hit because they never said anything about dodging or blocking it in anyway. That is the one and only exception for auto-hitting.

ALSO, DO NOT TRY TO CONTROL YOUR OPPONENTS ACTIONS IN ANYWAY! YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW OFTEN I SEE THIS.

4.) Jutsu may be taught to someone only if the jutsu is within their rank's ability AND they have enough room for it at their rank.
This is why kages have so many jutsu. Bloodlines can NOT be taught to anyone unless its two members of the same clan teaching one another.

5.) YOU CANNOT USE OTHER PEOPLES PERSONAL JUTSU!... unless they teach it to you.
The sharingan can be used to mimic the jutsu in the fight but afterward it can no longer be used unless its taught. Passing down your signature moves from teacher to student should be fun shouldnt it? Kekkei Genkai tech's can never be copied as always.

6.) Everything you do in a fight should be stated before going into the next stage!
For example:

Naruto: *Runs at itachi with rasengan in hand*
Itachi: *Places naruto in a genjutsu*
Naruto: "HA! I was looking at your feet!"

There will be NONE of that crap! Thats like running into a "Closed" door head on, and then trying to tell someone that it was already open AFTER they watched you smack into it. Only an idiot would try that.

Trying to edit your post after you've made a mistake like that, and your opponent has already posted, is not allowed either.....

7.) Techniques that allow you to be absolutly immune to something are NOT allowed!
That goes for any sort of new clans who make a new bloodline power, any current bloodline's, or any type of jutsu technique.

8.) When fighting, use the actual jutsu's and techniques that are on your list instead of making things up in the middle of a battle.
Never use anything that hasent been approved by an admin yet. This goes for bloodline techniques just the same.

9.) When fighting, you are allowed ONE chance to defend and ONE chance to attack unless fighting more than one person.
Like the rule states, you may defend against an attack and then perform one attack but no stacking them up.

But I never want to see something like this:

(Does some fire jutsu)
"throws kunai at your head, then body flickers behind you as both the fire jutsu and the kunai come at you from the front and uses my katana to slash down on your back"

None of that please..... The ONLY exception to this is if your fighting multiple people.

10.) Only use jutsu that is on your profile.
If it is found out that during a fight, you are copying and pasting techniques from even being on your profile, you will recieve one warning. 2nd offence will result in your character being slapped around and then killed several times over by the almighty "Delete character" button.

11.) When using jutsu, post the whole technique instead of just trying to make up crap as you go along.
This helps to avoid confusion....

General CHATBOX Conduct.
Same as the first two rules above, No harassing members, Keep foul language down.
Posting of URLS is allowed.
But if you intend to post an image worn everyone and use a spoiler.
