Vash lazily walked into the training grounds holding some scrolls she had "borrowed" from the libary. She examined the first scroll taking alot of time to read it and understand it due to her eye sight. Barely able to read them. By now all her wounds form her spar had disapeared, thanks to her youth she was able ot heal quickly.
Then performing the techniques described she focused her chakra and.. nothing at first though she had an odd feeling within her throat. Suspecting she had succeeded in creating the liquid just not expelling it. She tried again. Continueing to practice the jutsu over and over again.

Suiton • Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a sticky liquid from there gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows the user or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.

Mizu no Muchi - Whip of Water

Mizu no Muchi is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip. The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip the crap out of little kids.

After awhile vash was able to cover a small amount of ground with the sticky liquid, she decided to move on seeing how she could expand on that later.
"Alright. Next scroll". She took out the water whip scroll and studied it befor performing the handsigns. Channeling her chakra as she stood near a stream. The water moved into the form of a whip. Gripping it tight she hardened the handle with chakra making it somewhat solid for her to grip, The dense water then was formed into a tough whip. She flicked her wrist to crack the whip against a tree as the whip hit the tree the water particles dispersed from its form leaving a clear dent mark in the tree. Being unable to keep the chakra flow to allow the whip to reform.
She panted.
