Bio: She was raised in a small village. Her father wanted a boy. Her mother seemed unabel to bear another child after she was born. Her father blamed her untill she was three years of age. Then he began raising her as a boy. Giving her chores and punishing her as he would of a son. Though they where not strict and gave her little to no rules. Her father expected her to bring in the wood from the day and practice the use of a bow and sword with him. She loved adventure and would commonly be found outside in the woodland area around her village observing the animals around her. She often got into trouble and needed to be rescured by her father who never really let her out of his sight but let her have free reign. She obtained her wounds in an odd way. Not through fights though her shoulder gashes where from a wolf attack. Her other scar was from falling from a tree when she was six.
Though once she was of age she was sent to the academy of the Rain village. Her parents in tears as she left there village assured by the kage that she would be fine and they should be proud another ninja would join the unity village once she graduated.
She learned what she could from the academy, Not really the best student she would constantly be found escaping class to explore outside no matter the weather preferring practical assignments to theory. Her strange eye change in the last year has lead some to believe she may be going blind.
She is now part of the phoenix clan

Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique]

Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Kawarimi no Jutsu [Body Switch Technique]

Description: Kawarimi is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobi. The user uses speed to their advantage, and grabs an item from the environment and places it on his/her current position while moving out of the way. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other jutsus or attacks to create massive damage if done properly.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Description: o.o Performing the sign the water around her condenses and forms a small or medium sized viper. The viper wraps around the oponent and tries to suffocate them sometimes blocking the mouth of the person to do so

Description: once the signs are completed a light blue aura erupts around her as the water gathers the light the reflection(or is it refraction x.x) of the sun , as the aura tries to blind the person it thickens and condences as the water becomes more dense the light fades revealing two thin layers of water around her body as armor. Though the armor itself is only useful against tai and some weapon attacks it is not very useful for much else.

Description: She touches her oponent dispersing some of her chakra into there body. She implants her will into that chakra creating a illusion of the oponent drowning in a river there family or friends trying to save them. As they gasp for air they see a shark come up and bite the arm of there family/friend off as they try to save them. As they sink lower into the water they see sharks circling (depending on if the person begins to panic or not depends on what happens next obviously O.o yes sucky genjutsu i tried)

Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell. The effectiveness of this skill depends on the skill of the opponent the user is fighting against, this tech will not work against someone of higher power using genjutsu.

Mizu no Muchi - Whip of Water

Description: Mizu no Muchi is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip. The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip the crap out of little kids.

Description: Suiton • Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows the user or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.

Equipment:
Kunai.: Six normal. Six flesh rendering ones (nicks x.x basically, see other weapons for what i mean)

A light bow.:
-Whisleing arrow (5) : Mainly it creates a loud whistleing sounds as it flies through the air.Mainly used for distraction or to warn others of her wearabouts.
-Normal arrows (20): These arrows are specially made, there heads have small curved nicks running along the edges, as the head sinks into a body, the nicks lock the arrow in place, if the arrow is pulled out the nicks catch onto flesh and render it from the body as the arrow is forced out.

A thin bladed sword attached to her waist.:The handle starts with a serpent slithering down it the head resting on the square base just above the grip point. Fangs bared in an attack position. the golden snake almost sinks into the blue coating of the handle. The blade has small nicks that run along its sides that hook into and pull flesh away from the body as it is pulled out or away from a person.

Character Appearance.: A short girl with short brown hair. She wears her hair tied up with her her headband worn proudly on her forehead.
She hasn grey pupiless. She wears a simple light yellow shirt the black strap that goes around her chest visible that holds her quiver of arrows. Her sword sheathed on her left hip. Her light blue shorts noticeable underneath. She wears simple blue ninja sandals.

General character Strengths: Speed, skill with the bow. Hand to hand combat. her ears (is practicing placing an opponents movements through her hearing)

General character Weaknesses:blind . Stubborn. Unable to stay still to long.

Bloodline: None that she knows of.
