Sound Was a village mostly ignored for quite a long time. Because of this its growth rate was slow and tedious. And in many parts, it is still like it was 300 years ago. Its kage has to deal with raids from bandits and shinobi frequently. Because of its small population and its low technological ratings. Most of its members fled to the Unity Village after its creation 9 years ago.
