Bio:-Mimi is part of the Pheonix clan one of the greatest clans around
shes been bullied cause shes way too nice with anyone and her parents decided
that she wasnt gonna be part of the village hidden in the leaves so
they left her in the care of some anbu in the unity village;she still gets teased a lot
and then she got older she became a little distant with anyone teasing her..
so if she was teased she would really kill a person.

2 years ago she was in a fight with someone in outside of unity but that night was
one of the most horrible nights of her life...she killed the person and
accidently because of a rouge ninja then after that day she ran away from
the village never to be seen again...and around those years she met her
strange ppl and she(still little)then was found by the abus of unity and they took her back now 16 years old she is the kage of the Village of Unity,the village which has been in peace for 9 years and now she is the kage and must protect the village to the end...let's see how this will end o.oHer Phoenix name is Tarvos

This jutsu is almost like any other summon
but it has an interesting twist...
The Phoenixes turn into their 2nd Phoenix Summon stage of tranformation(if anyone has played crisis core and fought
the phoenix summoning the 2nd time they know what i mean)
This varies with the user and their friendship,if the user has a good relationship with his/her phoenix then the phoenix will lend it's strenght to the user but if they have a bad relationship
with the phoenix it will test you and by testing you i mean it will see if you can handle his/her strenght so...that's why few of the clan can summon them.o.o'''
Fire Style:Dance of the phoenix
This jutsu you need to jump in the air and rotate very rapidly while doing that you must throw
shurikens all over and you must be using fire at all times and that means that you will be
covered in fire while doing this technique and then you will attack the user(while your covered with fire)and destroy everything in a 5 mile radious or lower
Fire style:Phoenix Fist
The user must make his/her fist on fire(while using special gloves made by the elders of the clan of course...o.o'')and usually use the jutsu to a minimiun but if your life is on the line
then you must use the jutsu how you see fit
Fire Style:Great Phoenix Summoning
This Jutsu is almost like to the Phoenix Summon but you sort of have to summon
your phoenix in its ultimate stage(if anyone has played crisis core and fought
the phoenix summoning the 2nd time they know what i mean)(NOTE:some members of the clan can only use this and have to give up almost 90% of thier chakra)
Fire Style:Phoenix Wall
The Phoenix Wall is the wall is the wall made completly by the Phoenixe's wings since there made
of fire
Phoenix Tear:
The Phoenix tear is where for example the user is almost at death's door and if the phoenix had a good friendship with the user the phoenix will let out a tear and it will land on the user and restore the user's strenght and heal the wounds but if the user has a bad relationship and/or relationship then the phoenix will dissapear and leave user to die
